The Bespoke Process
Choosing to go bespoke for your jewellery project is so special and personal. Whether this is creating a signet ring with your family crest, a set of personalised wedding bands or the perfect engagement ring. Suzannah works with her clients closely to ensure they are involved with each and every step of the design and manufacturing process. Hand drawings, as well as high quality computer renders are given at the early stages of design and in-person consultations can be arranged to discuss specific elements of a piece, such as stone choices or sizing. 1. Personal Consultation
This can be in person or over the phone. Suzannah will gather as much information as she can about your project. She will ask questions to help build a picture and from there a Pinterest board will be created so you can share ideas. The board acts as a place to store inspiration and from there, key themes can be extracted. Suzannah will provide hand drawn sketches for you to choose from. It is during the initial consultation that you will outline what budget you have for your project. Suzannah does not have a minimum she will work to but most of the engagement rings she creates begin at £3,000. There is no charge for an initial consultation.

2. Stone and Material Sourcing
Stones of all kinds and from all over the world can be sourced and rented during the design process so you can choose the perfect one for you. Suzannah works with recycled metals and in silver, platinum and gold. If you have any sentimental jewellery then this can also be worked into your new piece.

3. 3D Renders
You will be provided with 3D renders of your favourite designs to help you to visualise and choose the right one for you. Quotes are also drawn up at this stage. Suzannah will always ensure to give you a few options, some within your budget and some just below and above just so you know what spending a little more or less would get you.

4. Manufacturing
Each piece is handmade by Suzannah in her workshop and although she works hard to meet her client’s busy schedules, a 4 to 6 week period is to be expected. As well as working on new design concepts, Suzannah can both repair and remodel existing or antique jewellery.

5. The Final Product
Suzannah’s pieces are finished to a high standard and she will always ensure her customers are happy and everything is as they expected. Her pieces are all hallmarked and she can arrange for a valuation to be carried out for your insurance.
